I have been presented with the following questions for me to think about. I am sharing these here with you and hope that it gives you something to think about too.
What is holding me back?
What changes would I like to make if I had no fear?
What would my life be like in six months' time if nothing changes and I don't do anything about it?
What gifts and potential is there waiting to unfold within me?
How often do we have fear within us and hold us back from living a life that we truly want? Love and courage is the antidote for fear.
May we all cultivate the courage and love for ourselves.
Step out of our comfort zone. Lets not have fear get in the way for us to live a meaningful live.

A cute snail
We love all animals are have been watching our steps carefully to avoid stepping on innocent creatures.
A few days ago, we saw this little snail just outside our main door. It was very dark outside but we could still spot this little creature and avoid stepping on it.

Explore and play
Good morning ! How am I feeling today? Am I excited with what life might throw at me today? Or is this just another routine day? Nothing exciting? Then what?
NO! I shall see life differently today. One day at a time, one hour at a time, one moment at a time, I will explore and play. It is not just another day that is so routine and predictable. I shall see the beauty in moments in my day, when I walk pass nice flowers, when my colleague smile....etc
Someone once told me if you open up to the world, the world open up to you, if you open up to possibilities, possibilities open up to you!

Half glass full versus half glass empty
Someone told me recently that I am a glass half empty person. I used to be a glass half full person in my early childhood. What has changed?
Disappointment, being put down by others (including by family members), highly demanding parent and serious skin problem in my teenage years slowly eroding my self esteem....and changed my outlook of life...My character that has a very sensitive nature does not help.
It is time for me to change.
how to be a glass half full person?
Start with replacing negative affirmations with positive affirmations!
Today I was feeling guilty and putting myself down for spending some unnecessary time worrying about something and did not focus on getting some work done. I found myself repeating the message that I should not have wasted those time and in future I should not repeat the same mistake again.
However just now, my mind told me to stop!
Stop being a glass half empty person, and that includes the wordings that I use for myself.
Rather than using negative wordings, I could motivate myself by telling myself that
If I focus on getting this done now, it will save me a few hours.
I find this to be much more positive and enlightening!
The road to self acceptance and exploring my full potential is to replace negative affirmations with positive affirmations !

I love reading and whenever I came across inspiring quotes, I will write it down and stick it on the stationary board. This is one of my favourite:

A cute slug...
I found this cute little fellow crawling upstairs in the bedroom. :)
It has been rather wet this past winter in Perth and we had been taking a fair number of slugs out of the house back to nature.
Not wanting this little fellow to dry out, me and my husband performed some good karma by taking him back into the garden where he belongs..
The little fellow gave us a short moment of connection with nature.
